New Zealand Terminal Handling Charge Increase
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that our Terminal Handling Charge for New Zealand exports and imports will be adjusted from 1 September 2024. The change reflects the increase in cargo handling costs at Ports of Auckland and Tauranga. The revised rates are as follows:
In addition to we will also apply new charge called Auckland Terminal Infrastructure Levy on all cargo loaded/unloaded on our NZPAC service at Ports of Auckland. We have previously absorbed this cost however, to maintain current levels of service we will need to pass on this cost.
