IMPORTANT NOTICE – Sofrana Tourville v251 – Auckland cargo

Dear Valued Customers,

We regret to advise the Sofrana Tourville v251 is facing berthing issues in Auckland and therefore the vessel will have to be loaded at Mount Maunganui instead.

Ports of Auckland is heavily congested and due to time constraints and requirements for other vessels there will not be sufficient time to load any Auckland export cargo.

We understand this will disrupt your business and our Customer Service team will contact shipper to adjust bookings.

The Sofrana Surville v274 is already heavily booked, so rolling cargo to that voyage will not be an option. We will be routing cargo to the Southern Pearl v1484.
