Customer Notice – Submission of Bill of Lading Instructions
Dear Valued Customer,
As a reminder, US Customs and Border Protection requires that we provide them with all export shipping documentation no later than 48 hours prior to our vessels leaving the port of loading.
Swire Shipping requires that the Bill of Lading Instructions including the AES ITN number and all other relevant export documentation are to be submitted to its agents by the posted cut-off date provided in the booking confirmation. Failure to comply may result in cargo not being loaded to the vessel.
